Every religion, that has a long history, produces texts regarded as sacred texts by the community of believers, but what happens when the sacred texts of one religion become the sacred texts of another religion?  We will trace the history of how the Jews accepted certain texts as sacred and how Christians appropriated those texts and added to them.

As we go to print, the Mueller investigation is at the center of the storm of pre-election controversy. But what are the possible and the likely outcomes? How will it all affect the midterm elections?

The CG Forum offers an opportunity for open and interactive discussion with Jim Kenney (and on a variety of timely topics). The format includes opening remarks by Jim and then a lively Q and A segment, with about 45 minutes allotted for each part. There will always be time allowed for “off-topic” questions and discussion.

This series features Jim Kenney discussing politics and the midterm elections.
